Facts

:

1. The appellant did not avail of the opportunity of personal hearing on
12/11/2008. The appeal is, therefore, examined on merit.

2. On perusal of the documents, it is observed that the CPIO and the
Appellate Authority have duly replied and furnished the information except the
personal and third party information. Being not satisfied with the response, the
appellant has pleaded for providing complete information.

Decision:

3. As the appellant has not indicated as to what is the public interest in
disclosure of personal information of third parties, there is no justification for
revealing personal data, which has no relation to any public activity. This appeal
was unnecessary and is thus disposed of.
