marriage and custody since 14.10.2009.

Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on

bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)

with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction

of Sri S. Chandra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class Bhojpur,

Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 29/09,
