Although at earlier occasion on 18th June, 2010 this case was directed to be
listed on 12th July, 2010 as part heard before us but the case has been
wrongly listed today i.e. on 2nd July, 2010. Accordingly this case is directed
to be listed on 16th July, 2010.
The Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh and Additional Director
General of Police, Law and Order shall appear in person before us on the date
fixed and submit report of investigation of Special Task Force constituted by
them in the matter as earlier directed by this Court.
List on 16th July, 2010 as part heard before us.
The Registrar General, High Court is directed to communicate this order to
the Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh and Additional Director General
of Police, Law and Order forthwith through fax.
Office is directed to supply a copy of this order to learned A.G.A. free of
