                         J U D G M E N T

The allegation in this writ petition is that the respondents

are attempting to trespass into the petitioner’s property covered

by Ext.P1 gift deed.

Evidently, the dispute is purely one of civil nature and the

remedy lies before the Civil Court. Therefore, without prejudice to

the contentions and leaving open the remedies that are

available to the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.
