Facts
:
1. Further to the Commission’s order of even
number dated 30 March 2011, hearing was held to
review compliance of directions as at Para.3 and 4 of
the said order. Respondent stated that they had done
a thorough search in the CMD’s Secretariat, Grievance
Cell and Vigilance Cell on the basis of the inputs
received from the appellant, but the specific
complaint of the appellant had not been traced as it
was more than 10 years old record. Respondent also
submitted a copy of the comments from each of the
above departments before the Commission.
Decision Notice
2. After hearing the averments of the respondent
and on perusal of the facts on record, the Commission
is satisfied that all efforts have been made to trace
the old record. Since the old record is no longer
accessible no further action is required to be taken.
