This review petition is at the instance of the respondents in

W.P.(C) No.9844/2004. The writ petition was disposed of

directing the respondents to dispose of Exhibit P3 representation

with notice to the writ petitioner. It is brought to the notice of

this Court that the writ petitioner had already expired at the time

of disposal of the writ petition. Therefore, this review

petition is allowed and the judgment dated 14.03.2008 in

W.P.(C) No.9844/2004 is recalled.
