                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this court aggrieved by

Ext.P7 notice for evicting the petitioner from the shop rooms

occupied by him. In view of the intervening developments, in

case the petitioner has still any grievance left, he may approach

the first respondent, in which case, the matter will be duly

considered by the said respondent with notice to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
