                           JUDGMENT

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing

the additional third respondent to consider and take a decision

on Ext.P11 stay petition (produced along with IA. No.5166/09)

in accordance with law within a period of one month from the

date of production of a copy of this Judgment, provided the

Revision Petition has been filed in time. Till such time as a

decision is taken, Ext.P8 will be kept in abeyance.
