by the Delhi Development Authority, at what cost and provide the address of the lands given
3. What is the validity of the P.C.O. being provided to the physically handicapped by the Delhi
Chief Minister and Society Welfare Department
4. What is the role of the Chief Minister of N.D.M.C Why a reservation of 3% has not been
provided for the physically handicapped in the N.D.M.C. tenders. Will it be provided further or
not.If not, please provide the reason
5. How many employees work in the category A B C D E of the various department sectors of the
Delhi Govt. How many physically handicapped employees are there in each category. Provide
chartwise description

Respondent: Mr. Varun Kapoor, Public Information Officer & Dy. Secretary;
The Respondent states that since the information sought by the Appellant was related to four
other public authorities the RTI application was duly transferred on 22/09/2010 to PIO Minister of
SC/ST, PIO Department of Social Welfare, PIO Secretary NDMC and PIO DDA. If the Appellant was
not satisfied with the information provided by these four PIOs or had not received information from
them he should have filed the first appeal in those departments.
Decision:
The Appeal is disposed.
