the learned A.P.P. for the State.

On search of the bag of the present

petitioner, it was found concealing inside it

2 K.G. of ganja. This bag was hanging from

the shoulders of the petitioner. The ganja

was seized and the petitioner was taken into

custody.

Regard being had to the quantity of

the recovered ganja, the court is not

inclined to direct the release of the

petitioner on bail. Petition is dismissed.
