The
present petition is filed seeking sanction of Scheme of Amalgamation
of SE Energy Park Ltd and Sanman Holdings Pvt. Ltd with Tanti
Holdings Pvt. Ltd. Earlier, the petitioner filed Company Application
No.231 of 2011 seeking dispensation of meetings of equity
shareholders, preference shareholders, secured creditors and
unsecured creditors on the ground that consent of all the
shareholders and creditors have given their consent and were produced
on record. This court vide order dated 03.03.2011 made in Company
Application No.231 of 2011 dispensed with the meetings of the
shareholders and creditors of the petitioner company.

Notice
to the Central Government through Regional Director, ROC Bhavan,
Opp.Rupal Park Society, Behind Ankur Bus Stop, Naranpura,
Ahmedabad-380013. Notice is also directed to be issued upon the
Official Liquidator with direction to appoint Chartered Accountant
for preparation and submission of report at the cost of the
petitioner.
Notice
of hearing of petition to be published in Indian Express (English
Daily) and Lok Satta Jan-Satta (Gujarati Daily) both Ahmedabad
Editions. Publication of notice in Government Gazette is dispensed
with.
The
final hearing of the petition is fixed on 25.04.2011.
