learned advocate Mr. BK Oza on behalf of applicant, learned AGP Mr.
AL Sharma appearing for respondent no. 1 and learned advocate Mr.

I
have considered submissions made by learned advocates appearing for
respective parties and considering averment made in this application
as well as in affidavit in reply filed by respondent no. 1.
Considering prayer and order passed by this Court on 4/8/2010. If
applicant is not receiving work in entire month or have any other
grievance because of order passed by this Court is not complied with
by other side. The applicant is having remedy either to approach
appropriate authority under provision of Industrial Disputes Act,
1947 or in case if order passed by this Court is violated then to
file application under provision of Contempt of Court Act. This
Court can not pass any order because this being an undisputed fact
between parties as contention raised by other side in affidavit in
reply.
Accordingly,
present application is disposed of by this Court without expressing
any opinion on merits.
