3 06-10-2010 From the letter of the Superintendent of Police,

Khagaria it appears that carbon copy of case diary

relating to Khagaria PS case no. 232/1999 has been

rendered illegible due to recurring floods. However,

since charge sheet was submitted and copy of the case

diary appears to have been submitted in the concerned

court, hence, the court concerned, i.e., Judicial

Magistrate, 1st class, Khagaria, will get a photo copy of

the case diary available on the records of the case and

send it to this court so as to reach this court within four

weeks.
