ORAL
ORDER

Grievance
of the petitioner is that no proper investigation is being carried
out with respect to the complaint at Annexure A and though long
time has passed, investigation has remained inconclusive. Learned
APP for the State, however, on the basis of written communication
from the Investigating Officer stated that chargesheet has already
been filed as far back on 10th December 2009 and all
accused named in the complaint were sought to be arrested before
filing of such chargesheet. However, some of them were granted
anticipatory bail and those who have not been granted anticipatory
bail were actually arrested.

In
view of the above developments, as of of now, no further directions
are necessary leaving it open to the petitioner to seek further
investigation if it is found that on any material aspects while
filing the chargesheet, the investigation has not been properly
carried out or for any other reason such further investigation is
necessary.

With
the above observations, the petition is disposed of.

Kureshi, J.)
