      Shri Kamlesh Dwivedi, Counsel for the respondent.

This application is filed for initiating contempt
proceedings against the respondents alleging non-compliance
of the order dated 6.9.2010 in W.P.822/2010. By the
aforesaid order this Court directed thus :-

” In view of submissions made by learned
counsel for the parties, the instant writ appeal is
disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2
to consider and decide the representation
submitted by the appellant, contained in
Annexure P/12 within a period of two weeks
from the date of presentation of certified copy of
the order passed by this Court.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ
appeal stands disposed of.”

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents
submitted that the order has been complied with and the
representation of petitioner was duly considered by the
respondent and it was rejected vide order dated 12.2.2011. A
copy of the order has been supplied to Shri Shukla.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage
submitted that the petitioner is ready to join at Jabalpur but
he has not been relieved from Katni. Apart from this, the
claim of the applicant for salary is also with the department
and may be directed to consider the aforesaid claim.

From the perusal of the order dated 6.9.2010, we find
that only directions were issued to the State to consider and
decide the representation of the applicant, which has been
considered and decided vide order dated 12.2.2011. So far as
the relieving of the applicant from Katni is concerned, the

concerned officer shall relieve the applicant forthwith to
facilitate the applicant to join at Jabalpur. So far as the claim
of the salary of the applicant is concerned, he may submit a
representation to the State.

With the aforesaid direction and observation the
proceedings are closed with no order as to costs.
