The
First Appeal was filed on 05.04.2010. The matter was notified on
office objections before the Additional Registrar (Judicial). On
04.05.2010 the Additional Registrar (Judicial) has granted time to
remove office objections on or before 16.06.2010. As the objections
are not removed, the matter is listed before this Court.

2. The
matter was called out in the morning. The learned advocate for the
appellant was not present. The matter was kept back in the second
half. Even at the second call, in the second half none is present on
behalf of the appellant. The First Appeal is dismissed for non
prosecution.
