Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.

I have perused the order dated 1.7.2010 passed by F.T.C No. 2, Kannaj, in
S.T. No. 348 of 2008 (State VS. Ajay Pal Singh and others), under Sections
145, 332, 33, 504, 506 and Pariksha Adhiniyam and 7 Criminal Law
Amendment Act, P.S. Talagrah, District Kannauj.

The said order does not suffer from any error of law.

This Criminal Misc. Application sans merit and it is dismissed.
