Vide RTI application dated 23.10.2008, the appellant had desired to know the
present status of Registration No. 21242, Priority No. 23809 in respect of Ms. Raj
Mumari in NPRS-79. As No information was provided to the complainant, he has filed
the present complaint before the Commission.
2. Heard on 15.04.2010. Complainant not present. DDA is represented by the
officers named above. It is the submission of Shri Jain that no information could be
provided to the complainant earlier as the file was not traceable. However, complete
information has now been provided to the complainant vide their letter dated 12.04.2010.
3. In view of the above, the matter is closed.
