O R D E R & J U D G M E N T
Basant,J
The learned counsel for both sides submit that the disputes
between the parties have been settled by a compromise entered
into between the parties after their reference for mediation. An
agreement has been entered into between the parties. The same
has been produced in R.P.F.C.Nos.338 & 348 of 2009. Both
counsel submit that the parties have settled all their outstanding
disputes and in view of the deed of compromise which is
appended to the common order in R.P.F.C.Nos.338 & 348 of
2009, the appellant does not want to prosecute these appeals
now. They may be dismissed as withdrawn, submit both counsel.
2. We accept the request of the learned counsel for the
appellants. We record that the disputes between the parties
have been settled by an agreement entered into between the
parties which has been appended to the common order in
R.P.F.C.Nos.338 & 348 of 2009 passed on 03/12/2009.

3. The applications for condonation of delay and the
Mat.Appeals are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
