learned Advocate Mr. SP Hasurkar for petitioners. Notice issued by
this Court is served on respondents by direct service. Today, when
this matter is taken up, party in person, Ms. Manishaben, daughter of
Dhansukhlal Chunilal Patel has personally remained present before
this court and pointed out that physical condition of respondent
Dhansukhlal Chunilal Patel is not well and, therefore, she wants some
time to engage advocate. Considering her request, matter is adjourned
to 16th December, 2010. Meanwhile, respondents may engage
advocate on their behalf.
