It is informed that an appeal filed by the petitioner is pending
before the Divisional Commissioner, Hazaribagh. The parties are not in
know of the date of the appeal. It would be appropriate, if the parties
are directed to appear before the Divisional Commissioner, Hazaribagh,
tomorrow and pray for hearing of the appeal tomorrow itself. It is
expected that the learned Divisional Commissioner, Hazaribagh will
decide the appeal tomorrow itself.
