Mr.Yatin Oza, learned senior counsel with Dr.Sonia Hurra, learned
counsel for the applicant and Mr.N.D. Nanavati, learned senior
counsel with Mr.D.K. Puj, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 as
well as Mr.H.H. Parikh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for
respondent No.1-State. Investigating Officer is also present.

I
have perused the Case Diary produced by the Investigating Officer.

Mr.Puj
has contended that another matter regarding transfer of
investigation is pending before another Bench of this Court and it
will come up on Board on 13th December 2010. Mr.Puj
therefore prayed for time.

Hence,
the matter is adjourned to 20th December 2010.
