Petitioner was selected for the post of Field Inspector in the

scheduled caste category but has not been appointed. In this connection, the

petitioner has made representations dated 27.10.2008 and 01.11.2008 which

are stated to have not been decided by respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner

would be satisfied if respondent No.3 is directed to decide the

representations of the petitioner by passing a speaking order.

Consequently, this petition stands disposed of with a direction

to respondent No.3 to dispose of the representations as aforementioned

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of

this order, by passing a speaking order thereon.
