Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has come up against the order dated 19.1.2010
contending that the order does not have the approval of the Police
Establishment Board. The matter shall be placed before the Police
Establishment Board and orders shall be passed within 15 days.
Till the orders are passed by the Police Establishment as directed
the impugned order shall remain in abeyance in so far as relates to
the petitioner.
