Till next date of hearing, operation of the impugned award
passed by the First Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal,
Damoh in Claim Case no.148/2009 shall remain stayed on
following terms:
(I) The appellants to furnish a security before
the Claims Tribunal as required under Order 41
rule 5 C.P.C.
(ii) The appellant to further deposit
Rs.85,000/- (Rupees eighty five thousand) within
a period of 15 days from today before the Claims
Tribunal.
On deposit of the aforesaid amount, recovery of the
remaining amount of the awarded amount from the appellants
shall remain stayed.
