Sri Gulab Chandra has sent his illness slip today.
This is an application for recall of the order dated 1.12.2009 on the ground
that the petitioner was not the Manager and he had no locus to maintain the
petition as on the date when the order was passed i.e. 1.12.2009.
Sri K. Ajit has invited the attention of the Court to the developments in
relation to the Committee of Management and he submits that the petitioner,
having no locus, could not have obtained the order dated 1.12.2009 without
even disclosing the aforesaid facts.
Sri Gulab Chandra has sent an illness slip and, therefore, the matter shall be
listed in the next cause list peremptorily. The District Inspector of Schools
shall not proceed to pass any order pursuant to the direction dated 1.12.2009.
