Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA and perused the
record.

This petition has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. for expeditious disposal
of the application in the Criminal Misc. Case No. 695 of 2007(Smt. Priti
Dixit v Ashish Dixit) pending in the court of the Judge, Family Court, Agra.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned trial
court is directed to dispose of the case expeditiously, if possible, within six
months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition under section 482 CrPC is
disposed of.
