Counsel of respondent no. 1 to 3 again seeks a short
adjournment to file reply IA no. 6625/10. Such adjournment is
seriously opposed by the appellants’ counsel.

In the interest of justice as last indulgence by allowing the prayer
of the counsel of respondent no. 1 to 3 the case is adjourned. It be
listed in the week commencing 5.7.2010, meanwhile Shri Patel may file
the reply, failing which the IA shall be considered on the basis of
available record.
