Learned
counsel appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator submits that
the auction-sale of the land in question has already been made and
matter has been sent to the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, for
approval. Ms. Megha Jani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
appellant in Letters Patent Appeal No.200 of 2009 sought for and
allowed a week’s time to file rejoinder. A further affidavit has
been filed by the respondent no.1. Post these matters on 23.11.2010.
In the meantime, it is open to the respondent to finalize the
auction-sale. In view of the aforesaid observation, no further order
is required to be passed in the Civil Applications. If any document
is required to be produced, the Court may suo motu ask for production
of such documents. All the captioned Civil Applications stand
disposed of.
