2. 28.09.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the

offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code

and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that the occurrence has taken place on

account of non-payment of Rangdari and the petitioner’s

presence was disclosed by the co-accused, I am not inclined to

grant bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
