                               JUDGMENT

Pius.C.Kuriakose, J.

No representation for the appellant. We have gone through the

impugned judgment. We find that the findings entered therein are

founded on evidence. It is relying on the judgment of the same court in

L.A.R.No.60/99 that the learned Subordinate Judge granted

enhancement to the claimants. It is seen from the judgment of this

court in L.A.A.No.252/05 that the judgment in L.A.R.No.60/99 has

been approved by this court. For all these reasons, the appeal will

stand dismissed.
