Execution
of the award dated 28th
February 2007 passed by the learned Additional District Judge,
Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court No.4, Mehsana in Land Reference
Case No.4521 to 4527 of 2003 and 112 of 2004 shall remain stayed
provided that the applicants deposit the award money before the
Reference Court within a period of twelve weeks from today. Half of
the money will be available to be disbursed to the claimants against
solvent security within a period of three weeks from the date of
deposit and the remaining amount will be deposited in a scheduled
bank in a cumulative Fixed Deposit for recurring period pending
disposal of the appeal.
With
the aforesaid observations and directions, Civil Applications are
disposed of.
