Shri
Virat Popat, learned advocate appearing on behalf of S.V. Raju
Associates for the applicant submits after making submission at
length that since the Court was not inclined to accept the case of
the applicant, some documents are required to be produced on record
so as to convince the Court. Those documents are, right now, not
available with the learned advocate for the applicant and, therefore,
the learned advocate for the applicant has requested to keep the
matter beyond vacation. Matter, at his request, is kept on 25.6.2010.
