                           JUDGMENT

The petitioners retired from service of the Kerala State

Road Transport Corporation. They are not being paid retirement

benefits except monthly pension. The petitioners contend that

although for DCRG and Commuted value of pension they have to

stand in the queue as directed by the Division Bench of this

Court, that decision cannot affected the right of the petitioners

to receive Provident Fund and Staff Welfare Fund which are

amounts deducted from the salary of the petitioners and which

belong absolutely to the petitioners. They therefore seek

direction to the respondents to disburse the Provident Fund and

Staff Welfare Fund amounts due to the petitioners. The learned

standing counsel for the Kerala State Road Transport

Corporation, submits that those amounts would be paid to the

petitioners within two months. This is recorded and the writ

petition is closed.
