Put up this case on 19.10.2011 under the heading for
admission within first ten cases.

In the meantime learned counsel for the State will file
counter affidavit and he will produce the case diary and criminal
antecedent report of the petitioner.

Till that date the police will not arrest the petitioner,
namely, Nilmani Murmu @ Nilmani Muru in connection with the
Mahgama P.S. Case No. 80 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. No. 614
of 2011, pending in the Court of C.J.M, Godda.
