Facts
By his letter of 25.10.2008, the complainant had requested for information on
16 points, the principal points being withholding of his pay and allowances for 2003-
04 and non-payment of outstanding dues etc.
2. The matter was fixed up for hearing on 26.6.2009. The parties did not
appear. However, Shri C. Amudha, RPFC-II has sent a written representation dated
24.6.2009 wherein he has stated that the Appellate Authority has since passed an
order for payment of salary to the complainant and that CPIO, Coimbatore, has
complied with this order. He has also mentioned in the said letter that the terminal
benefits such as provident fund and leave encashment etc have also been paid to the
complainant. Besides, the complaint has since been reinstated and he is now
working in Regional Office, Madurai. The complainant is not before the
Commission to contest this claim.
DECISION
3. In this view of the above, the complaint has become infructuous and is
dismissed.
