2/ 22.6.2011 Let a report be called for from the court of Additional

Sessions Judge, Patna City in S.Tr. No. 1464 of 2008 as to the stage

of S.T. No. and what approximate time would be taken in

concluding the same.

At the same time, the Senior Superintendent of Police,

Patna is also directed to submit a report as to why witnesses in the

aforementioned Sessions Trial are not being produced and what is

the planning of the police regarding production of witnesses before

the court concerned.
