1. The present petition dt.30.6.11 was filed by the Applicant on not having received a reply from the
Appellate Authority to his appeal dated 12.5.11 which he had filed consequent to the unsatisfactory
response dt.13.4.11 received by him from the PIO to his RTI Application dt.14.3.11.11, seeking
information relating to the transfer of one Shri Tiwari to Mahendraghat/Patna.
2. During the hearing, the Respondents submitted that the Appellate Authority had disposed off the first
appeal by passing an order dt.22.6.11 upholding the decision of the PIO and that there is nothing
further available with the Public Authority to provide to the Appellant.
3. The Commission after hearing the submission by the Respondents, observed that adequate
information has been provided to the Appellant. However, in view of the dissatisfaction expressed by
the Appellant on the information supplied to him, directs the PIO to allow the Appellant to inspect the
transfer file of Shri Tiwari on a mutually convenient date and to provide her with attested copies of
documents identified by him, free of cost . The information to be provided by 15.10.11.
4. The appeal is disposed of with the above directions.
