With regard to the steps taken by the first respondent

cancelling the mining of clay, it is submitted that the petitioner

has approached this court in another writ petition. It is for the

petitioner to take all available contentions taken in this writ

petition, in the said writ petition. Without prejudice to such

liberty, this writ petition is closed.
