Dated this the 4th day of July, 2007
ORDER
K.S.Radhakrishnan, J.
No grounds have been made out to entertain
this review petition. Appeal was disposed of recording
the submission of the appellant that he would pay the
entire amount in two instalments. We are informed that
the appellant has not complied with the submission. We
had also made it clear that if the appellant had committed
default in payment, the benefit of the order would not be
available to him and it would be open to the respondents
to proceed in accordance with law.
2. Under the above mentioned circumstances, we
find no reason to entertain this review petition and the
same would stand dismissed.
