2. 17.08.2010 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, for the Union of
India, for the Central Council for Homeopathy and for the State
of Bihar.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner institution has applied for recognition and permission
for conducting of Bachelor of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery
before the Union of India in the prescribed manner.
Counsel for the Union of India very fairly states that if an
application has been made for grant of recognition the
authorities are required to fulfil their statutory obligation and
pass final orders thereupon.
Let necessary inspection be done and final appropriate
reasoned and speaking order on the issue of recognition be
passed within a period of four months from the date of receipt
and/or presentation of a copy of this order.
The writ application stands disposed.
