                                  JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a pensioner. This writ petition was filed

aggrieved by the non-payment of DCRG. The learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner submits that the DCRG has since been

disbursed. In the light of the said submission, no further orders are

called for in this writ petition. It is accordingly closed as infructuous.
