                           J U D G M E N T

In view of the pendency of O.S.No.122/2010 before

the Sub Court, Kottayam, petitioners seek permission to

withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is

dismissed as withdrawn, clarifying that the civil court will

dispose of the suit untrammeled by the observations made by

this Court in the order in I.A.No.2287/2010.
