Petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“i. to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate
writ or order or direction directing the respondent No.2 not
to harass the petitioner and not to interfere with disputes
between the petitioner and respondents No.5 and 6.
ii. to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate
writ or order or direction directing the respondent No.4 to
see that the petitioner will not be harassed by the
respondent No.2”.
2. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,
submits that an investigation is conducted by the 2nd
respondent. There are conflicting reports given by
respondents 2 and 3. The report given by the 3rd respondent
is in favour of the petitioner. The 2nd respondent on the other
hand has given a report which is against the petitioner.
Thereupon, the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Narcotic Cell)
Kollam has been asked to submit a report in view of the
conflict. Learned Government Pleader submits that the said

officer will conduct investigation in accordance with law and
there will be no harassment as such. We record the
submission of the learned Government Pleader and close the
writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
petitioner will co-operate with the investigation.
