	This Civil Revision Petition  filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, seeking for a direction, to direct II Additional District Munsif, Pondicherry,  to dispose of O.S.No.1426 of 2005.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner/17th plaintiff submits that the revision petitioner along with other plaintiffs have instituted a suit in O.S.No.195 of 2003 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Pondicherry against the respondents/defendants, charitable trust and its co administrators praying for the relief of mandatory injunction and that in the said suit the first respondent/first defendant has filed its written statement before the said Court as early as on 27.2.2004 and that the issues have also been framed before the same Court and from the year 2003, the said suit has been adjourned from time to time and on administrative ground, the said suit in O.S.No.195 of 2003 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge, Pondicherry has been transferred to the file of II Additional District Munsif’s Court, Pondicherry and renumbered as O.S.No.1426 of 2005 and even after the said transfer, the said suit is pending as on date without any progress and therefore, prays for a direction being issued to the learned II Additional District Munsif, Pondicherry to take up the suit in O.S.No.1426 of 2005 and to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

This Court on being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner/17th plaintiff and accordingly directs the trial Court viz., II Additional District Munsif’ Court, Pondicherry to dispose of O.S.No.1426 of 2005 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The parties are directed to co-operate with the trial Court for completing the proceedings so that the controversies/disputes can come to an end at an early date. No costs.
