	This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 11.6.1994 issued in Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.30372/v1/93 quash the same as far as the 3rd respondent alone is concerned and to direct the respondent to promote the applicant as Middle School Headmaster with effect from 11.6.1994 with all consequential benefits.
