                              JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed on being aggrieved by

the delay in the matter of consideration of application for variation of

permit conditions. Ext.P1 is the application submitted by the petitioner

for that behalf. Since Ext.P1 is pending before the first respondent this

writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to

consider ad pass orders on Ext.P1 application expeditiously, at any rate

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.,
