   	Original Application No.5469 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying  to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 30.7.98 issued in the Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.4113/Ye 2/98 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to promote the applicant as B.T. Assistant with effect from 30.7.98 with all consequential benefits.     Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. were received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.
