account of sickness of learned Senior Counsel Mr. G.N. Shah
appearing for the appellant ? Air France, the matter is adjourned
to 13th October, 2008. Mr. Shalin Mehta has also no
objection.

This
appeal is very old, but we are accepting the request foro adjournment
on account of personal difficulty expressed on behalf of Mr. G.N.
Shah. However, it is clarified that on 13th October,
2008, the Court shall undertake the hearing of the appeal.
