Learned
counsel Mr. Sunil K. Patel appearing for the respondent is directed
to file an affidavit as to whether any action was taken by the
respondents against the other postman, namely, K. V. Joshi and if any
action is taken and orders have been passed, the same shall be filed
along with the affidavit. The affidavit shall further mention
whether with regard to past conduct of the petitioner, any
charge-sheet was issued against the petitioner and it was mentioned
in the charge-sheet that his past conduct would also be relied.

2. The
necessary affidavit to the above effect shall be filed on or before
11.10.2011. S.O. to 12.10.2011.
